How it Works
1. Complete Your First Cleaning
It all starts with getting out there and taking care of your first cleaning. Be sure to request our military discount, police/firefighter discount or senior discount before you pay in order to get $10 off your dryer vent cleaning.
2. Determine Your Cleaning Interval
Your technician will recommend a cleaning interval for you, but you may want to have it done more or less frequently than what we recommended. And that's okay! Whichever cleaning plan you choose, we are ready to serve. It is measured from the date of your last cleaning and we give you one month as a grace period to still qualify for that pricing plan. And remember, the job must be completed within this time window.

- 9 Month Plan - 15% Off
- 12 month Plan - 10% Off
3. Schedule with Us
The easiest way to get your next appointment on the calendar is to tell your technician that you want to get on a cleaning plan. Ask him to put you on the schedule before he leaves. You will get an automated notification (email and text) that the appointment has been created. You will also receive email notifications of you upcoming appointment and as it gets closer if either you or we need to adjust the appointment time then there is flexibility to do that.
4. Confirm Your Appointment
As you receive notification that your appointment is upcoming, please reply back to us in order to confirm that you still wish to proceed with the scheduled service. We will then mark your appointment as confirmed so we know you are ready for us! As always, on the day of your appointment our technician will notify you when he is en route...or if running a little behind that day (hopefully not!!).
5. Repeat
After completing your dryer vent cleaning, your technician will confirm if you wish to continue at the same interval and offer to put your next appointment on the schedule.
How Often Should You Have Your Dryer Vent Cleaned?
|
On average, your dryer vent should be cleaned once every six to twelve months. Sources vary, but the industry standard is annual cleanings...if not a bit more regularly. It is ultimately based upon the amount of buildup in your system. Our technicians are looking for your ductwork not to exceed a certain level of lint accumulation when giving you a recommended cleaning interval. This recommendation is best made after your second cleaning with us; the original cleaning establishes a baseline and your second cleaning--ideally after six, nine, or twelve months--then tells us whether or not that the current interval is the best plan moving forward.
